Shri Heera Lal Smarak Mahavidyalaya, Rampur was established in the year 2015. The institute is a co-educational one that exists at Mehandipur, Milak, District- Rampur, Uttar Pradesh. As a co-educational affiliated college, it provides three undergraduate programs at the degree level. Therefore, the strength of the faculty of the institute is 14, and therefore, it promises highly focused learning to its students.
