Shri RN Memorial Mahila Teachers Training College of Education Jodhpur a women’s institution for teacher training was established in the year 2005. This affiliated college is situated at Madhuban Housing Board, Basni, Jodhpur and occupies a total area of 2 acres. Affiliated to National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), it is presently affiliated with 193 students, 15 faculty members. It provides only one programme, and this is the B.Ed programme that trains future teachers. So the college with its concentration on women’s education and training instructors constitutes a crucial link in providing education in Rajasthan.

This full-time course is of two years’intake with an approved capacity of 100 seats. The curriculum of the B.Ed programme includes the set of courses, which is aimed at preparing the participants for the successfully continuation of the studying process as future teachers.
