Shri Vasantrao Naik Mahavidyalaya, Amravati, an affiliated college of the Sant Gadgebbo University, Kati, was established in 1974 and situated at Dharni, Maharashtra. This institution is situated on 6.07-acre land and offers a wide list of undergraduate courses. With a total number of 699 students and 26 faculty members, the college offers a fairly good student-teacher ratio.
