Siddhartha Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Narasaraopet, is one of the premier institutions in the field of pharmaceutical education, started in the year 2007. Being an affiliated college, it located in Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh, has been shaping the future pharmacy professionals since its existence for more than a decade. SIPS offers a variety of pharmaceutical programmes to its 376 enrolled students with a campus area of 2 acres. The institute offers a gamut of pharmaceutical courses both at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. There are seven full-time courses under three degree programmes: B.Pharma, M. Pharma with different specialisations, and Pharm.D. The B. Pharma course is the corner stone of pharmaceutical education and is offered with an annual intake of 100 students. At the postgraduate level, M.Pharma is offered in Pharmaceutical Analysis and Quality Assurance, Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, and Pharmaceutical Management and Regulatory Affairs with specific intake capacity. It admits B.Pharma students on the basis of performance in the entrance examination conducted at the state level, AP EAMCET.
