Sikkim Institute of Science and Technology, or SIST Jorethang, was founded in 2018 and it is an emerging college founded in South Sikkim. This co-educational institute is an affiliated college to AICTE India, which provides technical education to those who are interested in making their career in the engineering field. SIST is comfortably and strategically located and planned in the beauty of Chisopani, which makes an environment of positive understanding. There is a total of 70 students intake and an equal number of registrations for the classes; hence, make sure that the institute has small class sizes in order to allow the teacher to interact with each student.

Sikkim Institute of Science and Technology has numerous resources which are supposed to act as tools to make learning seamless for students.
