Siksha Bikash Seba Foundation B.Ed and D.El.Ed College, established in 2013, is an affiliated college in Burdwan within the state of West Bengal. Siksha Bikash Seba Foundation B.Ed and D.El.Ed College admits students on merit, which is based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination. The college admits students in keeping with the policies prescribed by the State Government of West Bengal as well as that of the affiliated university. Candidates shall be selected to the B.Ed. programme on the basis of merits obtained in the qualifying examination or entrance test or any other selection process as prescribed by the State and University policies. Admissions for the D.El.Ed. programme shall be made based on merit in the qualifying examination and/ or entrance examination as per the policy of the State Government or UT Administration.

Degree wise Admission Process

The selection procedure adheres to policies laid down by the State Government of West Bengal and the affiliated university. D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education):
The D.El.Ed course has 50 seats available at Siksha Bikash Seba Foundation. The process of admission for D.El.Ed is also merit-based, based on the marks scored in the entrance examination and/or qualifying examination. The process of selection is according to the rules framed by the State Government or UT Administration. Generally, the candidates who have passed higher secondary (10+2) can apply for the D.El.Ed course.
