The Sitarambhai Naranji Patel Institute of Technology and Research Centre are among the prime institutes in Surat, Gujarat, India, having been established in the year 2008. Courses in Engineering at the Institute are offered both at undergraduate and postgraduate levels with 6 undergraduate and 2 postgraduate programs in ME.

The admission process is mainly based on the performance in the Joint Entrance Examination JEE Main for undergraduate courses. Institute has also accepted Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering GATE and Gujarat PGCET for postgraduate courses. The Gujarat PGCET is, however applicable along with the Gujarat Common Entrance Test GUJCET for different programs.
