SKNR Government Arts and Science College, Jagtial, is one of the oldest educational institution in Karimnagar, Telangana which was started in 1965. This affiliated college located in a campus of 31.07 acers has been accredited by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). The college has a students’ enrollment of 474 and a faculty of 10 members The college provides 18 courses in 3 degree programmes. The institute boasts a diverse student body with a 78 : ratio of 22 male to female and all from within the state. SKNR Government Arts and Science College offers Arts, Commerce and Science education to students and it involves all round overture.
