Smt.Hemlata Memorial College, Jaipur was established in 2007 is one of the premier institute of Rajasthan. One of the co-educational schools in Rajasthan, Paota, Kotputali, this institution started shaping young minds 13 years ago near Saini Mandir. It is a member college of the university and provides several undergraduate as well as postgraduate courses within arts and sciences streams.
