Started in 2012, Smt. Jaipatti Devi Smarak Mahavidyalaya is located in the lush-green campus of 2.96 acres in the University situated in Pargana, Karchana, Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh. The institution offers two degree programmes with a total student intake of 157. The college is approved for quality education in teacher training programmes by the NCTE. A student-friendly support-to-faculty ratio of 8 members creates an amicable learning approach. The college, being dedicated to learning, offers a variety of courses which are most in demand. The institute has a number of facilities associated with student life, to help students on the path to learning.

Smt. Jaipatti Devi Smarak Mahavidyalaya runs two full-time courses: a three-year Bachelor of Arts (BA) programme and a two-year diploma in elementary education (D.El.Ed) programme. The D.El.Ed programme is oriented to teacher training and has a sanctioned intake capacity of 50 students per annum. Such emphasises a well-balanced spread of students in the two courses so that every student has committed attention and an interactive learning environment.
