Parmeshwaridevi Durgadutt Tibrewala Lions Juhu College of Arts, Commerce and Science, Mumbai (SPDT College) is an invaluable and established institution affiliated under the University of Mumbai. Candidates passing their Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) examination in Arts, or any other equivalent examination, are eligible to apply for admission.

B.Com: The college runs the Bachelor of Commerce course with a large intake of 480 students. Admission is on merit and in accordance with the merit list prepared on the basis of 12th standard marks. The specialized B.Com programs offered by the college include Banking and Insurance, and Financial Markets, with each having an intake of 60 students.

B.Sc (Information Technology): This program in the college enrolls 120 students. Those who have completed 12th standard with Mathematics and relevant subjects may apply. Selection will be done based on the merit list of qualifying examination marks.

BMS: The Bachelor of Management Studies has an intake of 60 students. Admissions will generally be based on the score of the candidate in the 12th standard, although the cut-off percentage may be set by the college.

M.Com: M.Com Business Management and Advance Accountancy programs are offered by SPDT College where both have an intake of 60 candidates. A candidate holding a bachelor's degree in Commerce or its equivalent is eligible for applying. M.Sc (Information Technology): This program is designed for the admission of 60 students under the M.Sc IT program.
