Spectrum College of Education, Raipur, was established in the year 2012 as an affiliated college in Nardaha, Arang, Raipur, Chhattisgarh. This is a co-educational institute running on a campus covering an area of 5 acres with two-degree programmes for its 194 students. At the same time, it has a faculty strength of 23, and thus the student-to-teacher ratio is appreciable. Spectrum College of Education is committed to quality education in the streams of Arts and Computer Applications at the undergraduate level, having a Bachelor of Arts (BA) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications. 

Spectrum College of Education has a number of facilities built to soothe the student experience and support academic pursuits. A well-equipped library serves as an information centre and exposes students to myriad books and other resources. The institution believes in learning by doing, so it has set up departmental laboratories with working facilities to apply theoretical concepts.
