One of the best nursing colleges in the field is Sree Gokulam Nursing College, Venjaramoodu, founded in 2009 in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. This co-educational college provides the following nursing courses: undergraduate and postgraduate level courses. The college is an affiliated college permitted by Indian Nursing Council (INC) that aims to impart quality education in nursing. Nursing for the 4th year has 100 students ‘‘ intake per ‘‘academic year, while the Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing course takes 20 students ‘‘ intake for the same year. It also provides several M.Sc. nursing programmes which are very much orientated to a limited number of students in turn to dedicate a greater attention to the advanced nursing profession.
