Sree Krishna College of Education, Tumkur, started its functioning in the year 2004 and is an ISO 9001:2008 certified college for teacher training in Karnataka, India. This affiliated college, recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), provides result-orientated education for both boys and girls. Located in Batawadi Mahalakshmi Nagar on a mere 0.75 acres, the college currently has a total enrolment of 199 students and a teaching staff of 16. Sree Krishna College of Education aims at producing qualified trainers through its Bachelors in Education B.Ed course, which is the only course offered by the college.
