Sree Krishna College of Engineering was founded in 2010 and is counted among the leading engineering colleges of Vellore, Tamil Nadu. This affiliated college, approved by AICTE, gives all the engineering courses at the campus spread over 10.35 acres of land. Thus, SKCE is focused institution in terms of intake of students and number of faculty members it employs; the total number of intakes is 233 and the total number of faculties is 60. Currently, the college provides five full-time BE programmes to create technical professionals in different fields of engineering.

Sree Krishna College of Engineering has state-of-the-art facilities to support the students’ constructive experience. The college has hostels for both boys and girls on the campus; the wardens are experienced to ensure comfortable environment as at home. The students are provided clean food, clean environment, and round-the-clock electrical power supply. At the moment, the college teaches five full-time BE programmes, though all the programmes take four years of study. These courses include BE in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and communication Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Electrical and Electronics Engineering. The total approved intake for all the programmes is 330; however, the maximum intake for Mechanical Engineering programme is 120. These comprise of the specialised programme that offer quality technical education to students to enable them to practice engineering professions successfully in various specialisations.
