Sri Ganesh Shankar Vidyarthi Mahavidyalaya is located in Narwal-Semarjal, Kanpur Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. This co-educational college and affiliated college, established in the year 1993, covers an area of 8.01 acres and is committed to quality education through a recognised university system. In terms of undergraduate enrolment, the college manages a serious concentrated learning atmosphere with 629 students and 15 teaching faculty members.

An institution providing a BA programme will prove beneficial in the overall pursuit of higher education in the humanities and the social sciences. The institution prides itself on its variety of facilitation that complements student experience. The library is still in its infancy but is actively collecting most books for helping the students to do their studies.
