Ranking Methodology: The colleges are ranked as per the cumulative score that they have received. The college that has got the maximum cumulative score will be ranked first while the college that has got least cumulative score will be ranked last.
The college has a girls hostel facility. Entrance hall, Warden office/Visitors room, 13 rooms with accommodation for four students in each room i.e. a total of 52 students. 1 Sickroom to accommodate four students, with attached bathroom and toilet. 2 rooms for Warden and Matron, 1 Dining Hall, 1 kitchen and 2 stores 2 Toilet blocks, Each student is provided with one iron cot, one moulded chair, one table and one almirah with steel shutters.
The College has a very special concern for the health and hygiene of the college students, staff and other members.
The college has a well-equipped gymnasium with multigym, joggers, trade mill, ab-crunch, twister, and other modern gym equipment.
The library currently contains 30506 volumes, primarily ,rare and expensive reference and research collections, especially ,rich in the fields of Education, Commerce, Theology and Religion, Classics, Psychology, Languages and Literature, Political Science, History, Sociology, Physical Science, Biology, Computers and books of general reference in addition ,there are 52 periodicals and magazines. A rare collection of Sri Aurobindo literature adds to the prestige of the library. The library is especially well known for its collection of materials for competitive exams - right from Civil Services to MBA, MCA & IIT-Jee. Books on GRE, GMAT, SAT & TOEFL are also immensely popular. The library subscribes to almost 38 journals - all aptly capable in fulfilling the intellectual, entertainment and information needs of the students.
The college has been running a separate Sports Department. The UGC also provides us grant for sports equipment. Every year, we organize a sports tournament to promote sports in our college. The girls participate actively in these tournaments.
The college Computer Centre is looked after and managed by the Department of Computer Science and Applications. The Computer Centre provides the following facilities at nominal charges: Printouts Internet Computing (free of charge) Scanning Color Printout CD-Write DTP Work
The college Canteen is the heart of every college or institution. It caters to the basic needs of everyone. A canteen is a place where everyone i.e. students, teachers, and other staff members can relax in a comfortable atmosphere & discuss issues on different matters. The college canteen is much more than merely an eating place.
The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminar.
The college has the transport facility for students and staff. Small vehicle available for transportation of students and staff.
The Alumnae Association of Sri Sathya Sai College for Women, Bhopal extends its humble Pranams at the lotus feet of the Founder President of the college, Bhagwan Sri Sathya Sai Baba. The association was formed in the year 1977. It started with only a few members. Although, the association remained silent for many years, yet the members of the association kept in touch with each other.
The College provides Wi-fi available in Computer Science Department. Intercom facility and Wi-Fi facility in the campus.
The College has 15 well-equipped laboratories to facilitate practical teaching and learning. They are as follows: Botany and Microbiology Laboratory, Chemistry Laboratory, Instrumentation Laboratory For Chemistry Computer Laboratory for UG, Computer Laboratory for PG. Four Labs for education faculty namely, Education Methodology Laboratory, Psychology Laboratory, Educational Technology Laboratory, and Work, Experience Laboratory.
The college has guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.
The college has the parking space facility for its faculty, staff, and students. The college Parking area capacity is doubled.
