The salary of a teacher depends not only on experience but on various other factors also; which include- the qualification of the teacher, the school or institute in which he/she is teaching, the achievements of the teacher, his/her teaching methods, his post in the respective department otlr the Institute etc., So you can't predict the salary just by knowing the name of the institute and the years of experience.
