The College has three well-equipped food Production Laboratories are Basic Training Kitchen, Quantity Training Kitchen& Advanced Training Kitchen here the staff members train the students to master the art of preparing international and Indian Cuisines. A well-equipped bakery and confectionery is an added feature. Here the students are introduced to the intricacies of pastries, cakes, bread, etc., and are trained in the techniques of cake decoration and icing.
