SSL Degree College, Banswada is an affiliated College in Banswada, Someshwar, Banswada, Nizamabad Dist, Telangana State established during the year 2005. This is a mixed institution, and it provides a wide list of bachelors and masters programs of different fields of studies. In the academic year, SSL Degree College secured a total student intake of 932 providing a favorable learning environment for students intending to seek higher education. The college provides 12 courses in four study areas and with four fields of study: Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Commerce, and a Master of Commerce.

The college has provision of various facilities with regard to the general development of their student’s learning abilities. College offered six B.Sc Programmes that are Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology and Computer Science. It also provides three B.A programs in the Arts stream with History, Economics, Political Science and Public Administration as desirable combinations. The students, pursuing commerce can choose from two B.Com programmes – the one offered in Telugu and the other in Computers Application. At the postgraduate level, M.Com course is available in the college . Having such a vast list of classes available, the students can select the program they want to pursue after they graduate.
