B.Com Finance has an intake of 60 seats and B.Com Banking and Insurance, B.Com Cooperation and B.Com Computer Applications has an intake of 40 seats each.

    The college offers BA programmes in Economics, English and Multimedia. St. Aloysius College Thrissur admission for BA Economics strictly follows the merit criterion with an intake of 60 seats. For BA English (Unaided) and BA Multimedia (Unaided) the college has 24 seats each. Selection is done on the basis of qualifying examination marks.
