The college has a premier 1050 bedded tertiary-care hospital of Northern India, Hospital provides round the clock Accident and Trauma care. It also provides quality general, specialist and super-specialty medical care at highly subsidized rates to one and all. Attached to this Hospital is a 150 bedded modern and popular super specialty hospital in the heart of Meerut city- The Lokpriya Hospital.
The college has two well-equipped Gymnasiums in the University campus for Boys and one Gym is for Girls, there are separate Couches in GYM for Boys and Girls.
The college has Books are a man's best friends all colleges have well-stocked libraries with international & national journals, equipped with audiovisuals. The university has a centrally air-conditioned library with more than 25000 books, 150 international, 250 nationals, and 400 e-journals. It also has other aids, internet facilities, and subscriptions to various E-Journals. There are a huge projector room, a separate reading room, and a seminar room for the learners. Learning CDs/DVDs and other audio-visual aids are also available for students. To energize the students a small coffee cafe is attached to the library which is in conjugation with the library

The college has offers an excellent choice of places to eat within the University campus. University houses six canteens offering multi–cuisine menus ranging from Indian to Continental and Chinese in a Modern and Hygienic ambiance, with one exclusively for Girls. For Snacks, Juices, Beverages and other Indian and Continental fast foods, there are three Modern Cafeterias in the University Campus.
The College feel proud to announce the new “Mangalya” in campus with a seating capacity of 3000 members & fitted with the latest equipment. It is one of its kinds in North India. Spread over an area of 50 acres, it has been built with international standards and norms.
