The college library has got a collection of 15000 books. The departmental libraries are equipped with the latest reference books about various subjects.

The college at present has well-equipped labs for Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Computer Science, and Jawahar Knowledge Center. The requirements of labs are as per the norms of the Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati, and Commissioner of Collegiate Education, Govt. of AP. The students feel it is convenient and easy to do the required practical work.

The college has 01 seminar hall with requirements. The seminar hall accommodates 150 students at one stretch. LCD facilities and a TV for telecasting MANA-TV programs exist in the seminar hall.

• Red Ribbon Club: Red Ribbon clubs (RRCs) are envisaged to instill among all the students the values of service, develop healthy lifestyles, and increase access to safe and adequate quantities of blood to all the needy by promotion of regular voluntary blood donation. Apart from this, RRC aims at harnessing the potential of the youth by equipping them with correct information on Mental Health, Substance abuse, Nutrition, and reproductive & Sexual health and building their capacities as peer educators in spreading messages on positive health behavior in an enabling environment. 
• Cultural Club: The function of a culture is to promote awareness and appreciation of a specific group. In doing this, it unites that particular culture while also assisting the community in understanding the misconceptions that the group has to face. In addition to its intrinsic value, Culture provides important social and economic benefits, with improved learning and health, increased tolerance, and opportunities to come together with others, culture enhances our quality of life and increases overall well-being for both individuals and communities. The Cultural Club aims to promote exposure and increase the student's awareness of the finer Arts of the world, from domestic to literature, from poetry to experience it all. The Club also acts as a forum to improve communication skills, expressivity, and critical thinking power, various enjoyable events are conducted under this club which not only entertain but also enrich our understanding of various Cultures and practices and introduce us to new exotic art from around the globe.
• Consumer Club: Creating awareness and educating about consumer rights, and responsibilities and knowing about the consumer redress system among the consumer through our students is the main aim of the Consumer Club of SVCR Govt Degree College. The Dept of Commerce coordinates the Consumer Club activities. In the years 2021-22 and 2022- 2023, the club is conducting a weekly program at the end of December. The Consumer Club has conducted essay writing competitions, elocution competitions, and seminars in the college. The students of the college participated actively and presented their thoughts and ideas. The club also visits nearby villages, other educational institutions, markets place, and others. The consumer club members also actively participate in creating awareness programs in their habitations. The club members also visit other educational institutions to deliver lectures.
