Swami Kalyan Dev Degree College, Meerut was established in 1998 and is an affiliated college situated at Hastinapur, Meerut District – Uttar Pradesh. The institution is situated in a small piece of land which covers 0.861 acre and provides the students of the given region with higher education.

Swami Kalyan Dev Degree College has a responsibility to provide different learning facilities to the students it serves to cater for the needs of all the learners. Known as the head of an educational institution, the library has the main function of expanding students ‘knowledge and research opportunities. In the physical development and recreation, the college encourage annual championships in sports for both male and female students. The institution has also adequate laboratories to facilitate practical exercises in different courses. As a strategy of embracing the new generation college has put up good IT equipment and made sure that students get the best in technological equipment. Spacious classrooms are comfortable for learning, a guest room/waiting room is maintained for the use by the visiting faculties and students’ relatives. 

As of now, the Swami Kalyan Dev Degree College has only one full time course and that is Bachelor of Arts (BA). This undergraduate programme is a 3-year programme intended to offer the students a broad exposure to humanities and social sciences.
