Tariq College of Education Rajouri was established in 2000 is an affiliated and co-educational institution located in the state of Jammu and Kashmir –India. This is a co-educational college that focuses on offering quality education to teach trainees in particular. Located in a 2 acre plot of land, the college provides and ambient atmosphere conducive to learning and development. Tariq College of Education has high student enrolment with a total capacity of 173 students and faculty with 15 members so final year students get focused attention from faculty members.

Tariq College of Education at present provides only one prominent course: the Bachelors in Education (B.Ed). This course is a two-year full-time course and offers learners the preparation they need to become teachers. The B.Ed programme of Tariq College therefore seeks to produce competent educators who have the mindset and qualities of good educators right from the beginning of their practice in this area of practice. Though it is not clear how many seats are available for the B.Ed programme , having a total of 173 students in this college means this college has a good number of intakes for this course.
