The students can apply for the government sponsored scholarships. The post matric scholarship scheme of the Central Government is being implemented by the minority students belonging to the Christian / Muslim / Sikh / Buddhist / Parsi / and Jain religions studying in government aided and government recognised private educational institutions from first class to vocational / research course.
Any student of class 11 to research course with at least 50% marks in the last qualifying examination and whose family income does not exceed ₹2 lakhs is eligible for this scholarship. The recipient of a scholarship is not eligible for claiming the benefits of another scholarship. Another scholarship that can be applied for is the Combined Counselling Board Scholarship. The eligibility criteria for claiming benefits under this scholarship include holding the required degree according to the course and having scored at least 33% to 50% marks in the qualifying exam.
