The Institute of Academic Excellence, Paschim Medinipur, came into existence in the year 2012 and is a co-educational affiliated college in West Bengal, India. It stands on a 2.99-acre campus to provide quality education in the teaching field. The institution is approved by the National Council of Teacher Education, which gives assurance regarding national standards in the professional teaching education curriculum. It has an enrolment of students and 32 faculty members.

The infrastructure comprises facilities that make student's life easier and more comfortable. Separate hostel facilities for boys and girls have been provided on campus, well-furnished, ventilation-friendly, and well-maintained, so as to create an excellent living environment for students.
