The Standard Fireworks Rajaratnam College for Women, Sivakasi, which was started in 1968 is an autonomous women’s college situated in Tamil Nadu, India. This AICTE recognized institution is NAAC accredited and provides wide avenue of 53 subjects and 13 degree courses. Founded on a 25-acre campus area, the college has a total registration of 3,350 students, of which 84% are undergraduate students, and 16% postgraduate students. The institution continues to have a pool of qualified faculty from 165 educators, which guarantees quality education in various disciplines.
The college boasts of several functional facílities that aim at improving the quality of the learning process for its students. These include state of the art laboratories, a rich library and facility in information technology. One of the facilities the campus has, is the girls hostel that provides host accommodation to out station students. Organized sportsmen can use the college sport hall in carrying out their sporting activities while a gymnasium also exists for body building.
