Tileshwari Devi Mahavidyalaya, Ballia Uttar Pradesh is an affiliated college. The college was established in 2004 in Gaura with the purpose of uplifting people in its area with proper education for almost two decades. The campus is spread over 2.597 acres with all necessary facilities for learning. Student strength is 1,359 and faculty strength is 8. One of the speciality of the Tilakshwari Devi Mahavidyalaya is that it has a single running programme in the Arts stream. 

Tilakshwari Devi Mahavidyalaya provides basic facilities to its students for their all-round development. Notable among them is the library, which consists of 85 journals, 125 magazines, and 5 newspapers—all factors that give students enough reading material to supplement their studies. The college has well-maintained, adequately supplied laboratories for every subject connected with experiments, which assures practical learning.
