Tirumala Medical Academy in Nizamabad, Telangana, was installed in 2001 and is at the forefront of imparting education in nursing. The aspired courses are the flagship B.Sc Nursing programme for which 50 admissions are offered, Post Basic BSc. Nursing, for which 30 admissions are offered, and GNM programme also for which 30 admissions are offered.  At the postgraduate level, the college offers postgraduate Master of Science for speciality courses in psychiatric Nursing, Paediatrics Nursing, medical-surgical nursing, Community Health Nursing and obstetrics and gynaecological Nursing all of which admit 3 students each.
