Udupi Dhanvantari College of Nursing is one of the well-known institutions founded in 2011, located in Udupi, Karnataka. This co-educational institute, based on 5 acres of land, aims to produce healthcare professionals of the future. As a focused college in nursing education, the institution has received approval from the INC. At present, the institute has 179 students and a teaching staff of 21 members; the student-teacher ratio is one of the strongest advantages of the institute, making for an individual approach and high-quality education.

Udupi Dhanvantari College of Nursing, Udupi, is affiliated with Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS), Karnataka. Udupi Dhanvantari College of Nursing has various facilities that can be considered recent installations to complement a student’s learning. The library, being one of the essential facilities of learning, possesses more than 4000 professional books, national/international journals, and periodicals. There is also a specific computer wing with internet facility so that students can update themselves in the related fields of medical science. Udupi Dhanvantari College of Nursing has only one full-time course, B.Sc Nursing. This is a four-year programme and in line with the quality education delivery, the institute has an approved capacity to admit forty-five (45) students per intake. The B.Sc Nursing programme is aimed at providing students with adequate knowledge and expertise needed to handle various emerging features in the nursing profession.
