Umme Salma Girls Arts and Science College was founded in 2002. It is an affiliated college of Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur. The women's institution imparts quality education in the field of arts and science. Spread over a compact campus of 0.175 acres, it provides a conducive learning environment to its students. This represents the current student profile of the institution, which stands at 232, with a faculty strength of 5, assuring a sizable and suitable student-to-teacher ratio for effective personal attention and counseling. 

Umme Salma Girls Arts and Science College boasts of well-equipped facilities that enhance learning.
