If you have all the valid documents that prove that the name now written is wrong than YES you can change the name in your 10 years old marksheet.
You have to submit the documents copy to the authorities concerned and they will take actions accordingly.
Documents include Birth Certificate, any other valid marksheet with correct name, and some more according to requirement.
