Vidya Prabodhini College of Commerce, Education, Computer and Management is a young institution situated in Parvari, Goa, which started working in 2012. This affiliated college, located on 1.42 acres of land, has grown rapidly as one of the recognised educational institutions in the area. Affiliated with the Goa University and recognised by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) and approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), the college has a mix of commerce and education courses. The college has a total of 726 students enrolled and has 28 teachers and this helps in maintaining a smaller student-teacher ratio, this encourages personal attention as well as proper education.

Vidya Prabodhini College provide with a range of advanced equipments to facilitate the learning process of the college students. Central to all these is the library which has been equally AV equipping and measures 162.40 sq. m. Besides it hosts a rich variety of books and periodicals, both print and electronic, periodical publications, newspapers and journals accompanied by a reading facility with first terminal based internet connected computers, to open the gates to an enormous number of electronic resources. In terms of physical development, the college provides products such as sports room, indoor sport hall and gymnasium as part of their physical fitness development channel. For the computer literate students there is a large computer laboratory that accommodates forty desktops, an LCD projector and a digital board. Easy customisation, flexibility, and the appeals that dream experiences have created a campus-wide blanket of high-speed WI-FI to support academic endeavors. Other facilities include a consumer appealing and healthy canteen service, a hall that houses events such as seminars, departmental practical laboratories for practicals and the like.

Vidya Prabodhini College offers two full-time undergraduate programmes, Integrated BA B.Ed, a four year course and B.Com course of three years are offered at treasury. The BA B.Ed Integrated course also exist with an approved admission capacity of 50 students so, students getting admission in this course will have the chance to complete a bachelor degree as well as teachers training degree at the same time.
