The college offers seven courses at two levels of degrees, focusing different subjects of nursing education.

Vignesh Nursing College provides overall seven full time programmes of B.Sc.,M.Sc., General Nursing and Midwifery, Paediatric and Mental Health Nursing etc. The undergraduate courses provided include the Bachelor of Science in Nursing with an intake capacity of sixty, and Post Basic B.Sc Nursing with intake capacity of thirty. During the postgraduate level in the college offers M.Sc course in various fields of nursing with 4 intake seats in each specialty. Among them are Medical Surgical Nursing, Community Health Nursing, Paediatric Nursing, Psychiatric Nursing and Obstetrics and Gynaecology Nursing. The total approved student’s enrolment over all the courses is one hundred and ten, which the college consider in maintaining good student-instructor ratio and quality delivery of services.
