Vijayanagar College of Nursing, Bangalore was started in the year 1994 is one of the prestigious college imparting education in the field of nursing. Based in Karnataka, the state’s largest city of Bangalore, this affiliated college has trained several healthcare professionals for nearly three decades. Recognised Indian Nursing Council, the college provides different nursing courses in its tiny stretch of 1.2 acres of area. Vijayanagar College of Nursing provides for a total of three courses out of which all courses are full time representing different level of nursing education. These include the following, two under graduate programmes and one diploma course.. The college offers three main programmes. These are B.Sc Nursing with sixty seats, GNM also with sixty seats and P.B. B.Sc Nursing with forty seats. These programmes are available for any students at various levels of the nursing programmes depending on whether one is fresh in the field of nursing or one is wishing to advance in his or her nursing credentials. The total intake for all the courses is 160 students per year.
