Vikash Polytechnic, Bargarh was established in the academic year of 2012-13. The institute is approved by AICTE and affiliated to the State Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (SCTE&VT), Odisha. Vikash Polytechnic, Bargarh offers 5 diploma courses. The Vikas Polytechnic courses include Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Mechanical Engineering (ME), and Civil Engineering (CE). Candidates must have passed the 10th standard with the minimum required marks from a recognised institute/ board to be eligible for Vikash Polytechnic diploma admission. The basic qualification for Vikash Polytechnic admission is passed in 10th state board/Mat/CBSE and ITI.
