Vindhya Institute of Management and Research or VIMR Satna is a leading institute in Management in the state of Madhya Pradesh. The institute is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). VIMR Satna was established in 2008. The institute is affiliated to the Awadhesh Pratap Singh University, Rewa.  

VIMR offers postgraduate programmes in management and business administration. The VIMR Satna offers an MBA programme.  Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can apply for the MBA course. Students must have completed graduation in any stream. The admission to VIMR will be given directly to students who have appeared for CAT/CMAT tests and obtained a valid score. The institute provides various facilities to its students. The college has a large, spacious high-tech, well furnished central library with a rich collection of books in different areas of management, engineering and other technical courses. 

The institute has a computer centre with a high speed internet facility. Other facilities include state-of-the-art laboratories, seminar and conference halls, hostel facilities for boys and girls, cafeteria and many more.
