Vishal Junnar Seva Mandal's Institute of Pharmacy, Pune, was established in 1994. This affiliated college is established at Ale, Taluka Junnar, Pune district, Maharashtra and has a sprawling area of 31.2 acres of land. It operates under the Department of Technical Education of the Government of Uttar Pradesh and the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and is also the member of Pharmacy Council of India (PCI). At present, the institute has 118 students and 10 faculty members which provide the institute with a concentrated setting for preparing pharmacists.

It has basic outdoor games facilities like basketball, tennis, volleyball and child play areas for football, cricket Indoor games are badminton, chess, carrom. The learning facilities and amenities include adequate practical demonstration laboratories, a spacious catering hall that offers balanced diets and desert, and adequate computer and internet facilities for learning requirements.

Vishal Junnar Seva Mandal's Institute of Pharmacy offers one full-time course: the Diploma in Pharmacy . This two years programme has an approved accreditation for 60 students per academic year, therefore the institute has very much concern about the students to faculty ratio in a bid to be able to provide individual attention to each and every student.
