Vishwa Bharti B.Ed. College was established in the year 2008; affiliated with this university is situated in Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan. This is a co-educational institution located in a 2500-square-meter area that offers courses in teacher education and is recognised by the NCTE: National Council for Teacher Education. The college currently only has one full-time course on offer, the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed ) and the total enrolment capacity of this course is 194. With a faculty strength of 16 members, the institute keeps the student-teacher ratio in its favour, which will help in providing personal attention to the students as well as quality education.

Vishwa Bharti B.Ed. College has numerous infrastructures to meet the needs of the students in terms of academics and otherwise. A learning resource centre is well-equipped by serving as a library where we possess about 5000 periodicals and audio-visual systems. The large computer centre teaching aid assists students to achieve essential computer literacy. To support practical teaching, the college has functional laboratories for physics, chemistry, and biology. The campus also includes a health centre that represents first aid for students’ health. There are provisions for sporting activities; nevertheless, meals for students and staff are provided by a restaurant. There are commute services available in the college so that it became easy for the students and the staff members to move around.

Vishwa Bharti B.Ed. College has one course only and this course is the Bachelor of Education (B.ED.) programme. This is a full-time course that takes two years to complete and is intended to lead to a teaching profession. This programme has been approved for 100 students per intake, which makes the chances for teachers’ educational distance learning enzyme competitive. The B.Ed. course is designed to give an individual an all-round exposure to the theoretical aspects of education, issues of teaching methodologies and classroom management.

Vishwa Bharti B.Ed. College has an admission policy where one has to have a clear Pre-Teacher Education Test (PTET). This entrance examination is essential to the candidates who wish to take the B.Ed. programme. The list of selected candidates is forwarded by Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University, Ajmer, the central coordinating university.
