Wellness College of Physiotherapy is located in Osmanabad, Maharashtra and was set up only in 2021. This affiliated college is established on Dr. Vedprakash Patil Educational Campus, Aurangabad Road, Alani, for cultivating the next generation of physiotherapists. Located at a 10 acre large area, the institute is co-educational in nature besides admitting students from any background. 

Wellness College of Physiotherapy has a number of amenities that are aimed at improving the learning environment and health of students. A library that is well-equipped bears publication and periodical, magazines, and research journals for the academic needs of every learning institution. It has a computerised and wireless network to offer the student a technological learning environment. Leisure athletic activities, the college provides a gym, and other places for distinct forms of recreation: playgrounds for different types of sports. Wellness College of Physiotherapy, at the moment, has only one main course, the Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT). There is this full-time programme which takes four years to complete; education in physiotherapy involves imparting of thorough theoretical knowledge complemented by practical skill.

Admission process to Wellness College of Physiotherapy however being centralised is also merit based and depends mostly on the score obtained in NEET-UG. Candidates need to qualify the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for admission in various medical and allied healthcare science courses.
