YRS Polytechnic College is one of the leading technical Institutions located in Moga, Punjab, which was come in to existence in 2004. Located close to PS Sadar in the Ghall Kalan village, the college provides various disciplines of diploma in engineering. YRS Polytechnic College is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), West Bengal and was established in the year 2002, and continuously contributing to build the future of the young engineers in nearly about two decades. The institute has a student intake capacity of 292 students in total and has fifty six faculty members present in the institute to make sure that the student obtaining their technical education from the institute are provided with all the necessary facilities for a comfortable learning experience.

The college has put in place many infrastructures aimed at improving the total learning ability of the students. Importance of a well-stocked library gives knowledge base with magazines, journals and other digital resources. To the students staying within the institution premises, the institution has different hostels for both male and female student to improve comfort. These programmes include a range of branch of engineering and prepares students in respective fields of interest. The intake approved for the institute is 390 streams for all courses which shows the quality of the institute. The courses are Diploma in Computer Science Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, and so on.
