The course primarily teaches candidates how to apply the core practices to support the service management lifecycle. Eligibility criteria
Candidates should hold the ITIL Foundation Certificate in ITSM or other appropriate earlier ITIL and bridge qualifications to apply for the ITIL® 4 Foundation Certification Training Course. Basic proficiency and two years of experience in IT are also desirable.
