Depends upon you how much capacity you have to sit and seek knowledge.  It does not depend upon how many hours you spend in studying , it depends upon how much  did you actually understand when you learned certain topics . If you learn some topic say in the morning, have a habit of revising it at night once for at least i would say 20 mins . Revise the topics and you will never forget it . And also have a habit of solving numericals at least 10 to 20 in a day whether it is of maths , physics or chemistry , practice numericals daily without fail .

Hello

There are no fixed hours to study for IIT-JEE you need to devote atleast 1 hour daily but that 1 hour you need to plan first what you want to study and make sure in that 1 hour everything gets into your mind.

First make a plan what topics you will be completing in the first few months and so on also you have to manage your school study, the topics which you study at school are the most important for the fundamentals and you need to cleasr that also.

Revise every topic time to time so that you dont forget them, make handwritten notes of every topic that you study.

Hope it helps.
