Certainly not. There are other good colleges/universities which offer Bachelor's in economics to those candidates who did not had mathematics as a subject in class 12th. Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi- you will have to appear for the university's entrance test for getting admissions to its BA. Eco degree. Indraprastha University, Aligarh Muslim University, Banaras Hindu Unievrsity.

Yes it is quite obvious that it is studying BA in economics honours without having mathematics is quite difficult and may be impossible for you to take admission in Amity University in Patna. See, every other person will have a different opinion o  this as you have mentioned various choice. I am writing down my own, you may disagree with my points but please give it a try once.

If you can get VIT Chennai then please go for it. I know you will say that it is a secondary campus and what about the placement and all.  Let me explain, If you perform well in your college and be in top 10 or 15 then you can surely get placed in any companies as Chennai it a IT hub.
