Assam university is not have that great overall ratings. Placement are of average level and highly inconsistent to predict average placement records. Packages offered are in  range between 3-7lakhs per annum. Infrastructure is of average level and this college has better teaching faculties. Guru Gasidas have better ratings .

It will be quite difficult to get government engineering colleges with this rank. You should opt for private engineering colleges instead.
