Assam University Placement Process

Assam University Placement Cell sends out invitations to various companies by enclosing the placement brochure. Interested recruiters, after confirming the invitation, fix a date for initiating the process.
Students have to register for Assam University placements with the Placement Cell of the university. After this, they have to go through the various stages of selection tests, Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI).

The placement cell is not strong and so final semester students are deprived of placement. From the placement scenario this college lacks it and the University administration should emphasize on it for the betterment of this University

The quality of placement is pretty low out here. We hardly get any campus placement here. Though a few department has a some placement but not upto the market standard. So overall the university needs to work on its placement cell so that maximum people gets placed.
