Sorry to say but considering your rank and category, you will probably not get a seat in BHU because the seats are very limited for MA in English Literature and the minimum rank needed should be under 50(atleast) for general.

As there are many applicants who have applied for Msc Microbiology in BHU, and as you belong to general category, your score is not applicable to make a seat in BHU due to less availability of seats and reservations. You can check other colleges for taking admission in Msc

No, BHU or banaras hindu university is a centralised government university,  it doesn't have any state quota. Every other indian is as eligible as a resident of uttar pradesh. However, there is a quota for reserved categories such as OBC, SC, ST castes.

It's quite difficult to predict whether you will get a seat in Bcom or not in BHU a s  cut off marks  keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of
