Last year cutoff for MSc geophysics in BHU PET was around 170. This year you can expect more or less similar one. The cut off marks depend on so many factors such as number of candidate appeared,difficulty of exam, number of seat available etc. So don't lose hope, you have other options if you loose this one. The cutoff score for MSc in Applied Micbiology in BHU for General candidates goes pretty high. According to the data of 2015, 252 marks was the cutoff for the 1st round of counselling. The candidate with 252 marks had a rank of 97 in UR category. The 1st rank holder in UR category had 340 marks.

The BHU BLAT is conducted for admission into the 5 year integrated law course. For the year 2020, the BLAT cut offs are going to be released after the declaration of the results.
To give you an idea about the range of cut-offs, below are the previous year cut-offs for the General category students:

• 2018- 151 marks, 290 rank
• 2017- 313 marks, 164 rank

- Banaras Hindu University will release the BHU UET 2020 cut off along with the counselling schedule at bhuonline.in. It must be noted that the BHU UET cut off 2020 will be the opening and closing ranks between which admission to a course for a category is offered.

As of 2019, the cut off was 175-200 for the General Category and around 48 for the OBC category. So, hopefully this year too the cut off will be less than 100 for the OBC categories as well.

For msc in plant biotechnology, you need to appear for an entrance test which you're already aware of!
For your category, (SC) 58-79 marks are enough to sit for counselling.
There are a total of 30 seats for this domain out of which 12 are for reserved category.
For SC category,  approx 5 seats are reserved.

See BHU declares the cut-offs to determine the eligibility for counselling means those who will clear the minimum cut-off will only be allowed to seat in counselling. So last year cut-offs marks for B.Sc Hons. In Mathematics was 180 and cut-off rank for EWS was 1-336. Till now the cut-off is not declared for this year so it is little bit difficult to predict about your counselling status  ur as you belongs to EWS category so you have decent chances to qualify for counselling. But note that cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.

A student is eligible to participate in the BHU UET counselling after the desired cut off marks and also the ranks are achieved.

Based upon the marks which have been stated by you and the previous year cutoffs, it will be bit difficult for you to qualify for the BHU UET 2020 counselling rounds. However the cutoffs may differ and change with respect to various factors including total marks, question paper difficulty, number of students appearing for the examination,etc.
