For BPEd in Delhi University, selection is based on the combined weighted average of percentage scored in the Entrance Test with 50%, Physical Fitness with 20%and Sports proficiency with 30%.The entrance test will be conducted in Hindi and English.

The total number of seats available in the B. Pharma course in BHU is 30 seats and only 8/30 seats

Actually there's no way of getting admission in BHU for your BSc Biology or any other undergraduate programmes without clearing its entrance examination i.e BHU UET.
This is because,
Qualifying BHU UET exam is compulsory for getting admission , you are called for BHU counselling for admission only
